Engineered Parts

CCI manufactures engineered composite parts built to client specifications, tolerances, and performance requirements. Working directly from customer engineering drawings, CCI produces parts that meet defined material, dimensional, and functional standards across a wide range of applications.

Engineered parts at CCI are not off-the-shelf components. Each part is manufactured to conform with established engineering drawing standards, including notes related to materials, tolerances, and performance criteria. These parts may be structural, functional, or performance-critical, depending on the application.

CCI supports a broad range of industries and project types, producing everything from custom one-off components to small batch runs and ongoing production parts. Where applicable, parts are built to meet specific requirements such as NEMA compliance, RF performance, and environmental loading, as defined in the customer’s drawings and specifications.

While designs are client-owned, CCI takes a collaborative approach to manufacturing. The team works closely with customers to review designs for buildability, offering input early in the process to help ensure efficient production, consistent quality, and reliable performance.

This approach allows CCI to support complex composite parts that demand precision, consistency, and adherence to engineering standards, while remaining flexible enough to accommodate custom and low-volume production needs.
